Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long it takes
Kimonos are printed and sewn to order. Production and shipping usually take 3–4 weeks from proof approval. The clock starts when your proof is approved, by you or automatically after 96 hours, so approving your proof quickly gets your kimono to you sooner. Delivery dates are estimates, and busy seasons and carrier delays can add time. If you need it by a date, tell us before you order.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Tracking
When your kimono ships, we email you a tracking link.
Your address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@kustomkimonos.com right away; we can change it until your kimono goes into production. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Lost or damaged parcels
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy: if your kimono arrives damaged, we'll reprint or refund it. If it's lost in transit, we file the claim with the carrier and reprint or refund it once the carrier confirms the loss.
